Somalia Resilience Program


FAO, UNICEF and WFP have come together with a “Joint Resilience Strategy” to help vulnerable communities better withstand shocks and avoid resorting to negative coping strategies in the face of these shocks. The Joint Resilience Strategy is a strategic alignment of programming between the three agencies that seeks to significantly increase resilience in vulnerable communities throughout Somalia.


The Joint Resilience Strategy has recently published a public version of their online activity database. This database tracks all resilience-based activities being done by FAO, UNICEF and WFP.  Below are two application program interfaces (APIs) which present the activity data in both map and table view.  For more information on activity data, kindly click here.
